What’s killing my chickens?

I found 3 of my young chickens dead today, they were still warm when I go to them. I just found another hanging onto life. When she stands, her head drops forward, she can move it but can’t hold it up for long. No signs of injury to the bodies, in a very secure coop in North Central Florida. I don’t believe it’s parasites, no blood in the poop. Anybody have any ideas?

How old are they? What do you feed, including any and all treats? Do you keep grit available to them? Do you have other birds? What do their crops feel like?
There are some incredibly knowledgeable folks here that will probably be able to help you figure this out. I just posted some questions that will possibly provide more clues as to what's going on. I'll tag some of our amazing experts
