They shipped them at 6 weeks old. I suspected she was an EE but wasn’t sure since I’ve never had one.They ship them at 6 weeks or did you order them as babies?

They’re confused and scared but otherwise ok. They ate some of their grower feed but I haven’t seen them drink yet and they run in terror when I try to offer them some water. I didn’t think many hatcheries would ship older chicks either. MPC and two others whose names I can’t remember right now are the only ones I know of that do.Greenish legs = EE. At least I can't think of any other "breed" MPC offers that has green legs. Tufts points to EE too - though they can be tuftless. Were they okay after being shipped? I was surprised to learn that you can mail older chickens!
