What’s wrong with my chick

So i just got these chicks from someone’s farm and she said that they were around 4 weeks old. I noticed that this one had what i think is lice like two days ago and i’ve been trying to treat that but i went into the coop this morning and found my chick wasn’t able to open its one eye. The other eye is completely fine and by the time i got to take the picture the other one has started opening but still doesn’t look great. does anyone know what might have caused this and what to do to help the little guy. this is also the runt of the group but im not sure if that’s connected. so far im using saline and warm water to try and clear up the eye

do you think Neosporin would work or should i get something specific for chickens?

Can you get a picture under more natural light (not red)? Neosporin or Terramycin will work, just make sure it does NOT contain pain reliever, which is toxic to chickens.

update: i cleaned it off with saline and it seems to be better and the chicken started blinking. im gonna get a picture when i get off work.
