What’s wrong with my chicken?!

this chicken of ours is usually the most lively one and since last night she has not looked well at all. Please help as to what may be going on with her.

All other 11 chickens we have are perfect fine.

Feed is Purina Layena & Omega-3 Laying Poultry Feed

I’m not sure the last time she laid but not in the past 2 days for sure since I began isolating her from the rest.

My rooster had that stance, with purple comb and it was coccidiosis. I gave him amprolium and it was ok after a couple days.

Do you provide crushed oyster shell and grit?

Some things to check:

Crop - is it full, hard, squishy, emptying in the morning?
Abdomen - is it swollen, hard, soft? Compare to other chickens if you're not sure what is normal.
Vent - is it pulsing? Can you feel a stuck egg?
Breathing - is she gaping, breathing heavily, wheezing, coughing?
Poop - any diarrhea, odd colors?

Following asleep standing up. Not moving out of one place too much. Still drinking water but not eating.

Yes crushed oyster shell is provided.

I don’t notice vent pulsing. I can’t feel a stuck egg.

Abdomen was swollen but didn’t seem too hard to me.

You didn't mention what her crop feels like. But if her abdomen is swollen it could be she has ascites or is laying internally.
