I’ve noticed over the past few days one of my hens holding her eye closed and when she does open it it’s like a puss white looking color. No bubbles from what I can tell. I’ve also noticed her stool being a white color and runny. Attached will be a picture of the chicken. Any input will be appreciated.

Can you open the eye, & get a picture? It could be as simple as an eye injury.

The picture is not real clear but that does look like pus. It will need to be removed, the eye flushed out with sterile saline, and then use an opthamolic ointment like terramycin eye ointment, or if you can't get that then plain neosporin in the eye. Apply it 2 - 3 times a day. It could be from injury, or possibly a respiratory infection. The terramycin is usually available at Tractor Supply stores, but they may be out of stock due to Covid, picture below. And a couple of video's on removing pus from any eye below.

Are you sure that'll work? It's the eyeball itself that's full of puss. The vision of the eye from that infection most likely destroyed the vision from pupil to cornea.
