What’s wrong with my chicks leg?!!

This chick just hatched out of the incubator like this. I’m not sure what’s wrong with it. I tried to get a good picture but I didn’t wanna stress it out to much. The leg is stuck in that folded position. I tried to pull it to straighten it and it wouldn’t stretch out straight like it’s other leg.
