What’s wrong with my hen?

Symptoms:
Weak
Not eating
Drinking
Can flap wings
Cannot stand but will move legs
Tremendous weight loss
Sleeping on and off
Yellow rank poop

Comb is still red
Pupils seem fine
She is very alert

She is separated from the flock and has been since she started showing symptoms.

No labored breathing,sneezing,or coughing.

I’ve given her water with electrolytes. I’ve given water mixed with egg yolk because she will not eat. This has been going on a little over a week. She eats layer feed (dumor)no treats this past month whatsoever… I just haven’t picked up scratch or mealworms in a while.

Any advice would be great.
I’m not close to a vet the nearest one is about 2hours away and appointment only. They are booked up atm.

What breed is she and how old?

Has she ever been wormed?

When is the last time she laid an egg?

Checked for mites or lice? Especially check the vent area.

No lice or mites
she’s 3 last time
she laid was June/july
She’s been wormed this year
She’s a cinnamon queen

How old is your hen? How does her crop feel early in the morning before she eats or drinks? Is her tail position up or down? If you can get a picture of her and her typical droppings, please share them. If you pick her up will she walk at all? Make sure that her vent area is clean, and that she isn’t getting droppings built up under the vent.
