She didn’t absorb the yoke all the way.... we need some chicken experts to know what to do with her... sorry you are dealing with this.

It looks to be ectopic with exposed viscera.
On what day did it hatch?
It is usually either hereditary or too high of temperature throughout incubation.
In either case, I wouldn't try to save it.

I’m not sure because my broody was killing the babies still in the eggs so I took the last 3 eggs 4 days ago and 1 hatched that day 1 yesterday and this one at some point last night/early today.

If one hatches enough, crazy things happen. Sometimes the cause is somewhat clear, sometimes not. The avian pathologist at Mizzou vet school told me that strange things aren't that unusual. I once hatched a 3 legged chick that had to be put down.
One was a club foot, one was normal and one was 3 toed and growing out of its vent.
I believe it may have been an embryological development accident and I'm sure that was the case with your embryo.

Omg!! I think there might have been something wrong with most of them too and that’s why she was killing them? I’m not sure if they really do but that’s what someone told me. One had no wing but I had assumed she took it off but I’m wondering if it’s just their genes. I won’t be letting them hatch anymore that’s for sure 😢
