Hi, I have an almost one year old silkie hen who keeps like falling over and spasming (Kinda) and freaking out, the first time I saw her do this was outside a couple of hours ago and I brought her inside to check her over and she seemed fine, she eats and drinks and is capable of walking around. She just did the weird falling over and spasm thing again, which I had to help her back up? What’s wrong with her?

Sounds like seizures. Chickens can get them. I've seen it a few times over the years. They generally end up dying, of a heart attack or some type of brain injury is suspect.
Okay I looked more into chicken seizures and watch a couple videos, (would’ve responded earlier but a hawk just killed another one of my silkies :barnie damn hawks!) it seems and looks to me that’s what’s going on, she’s having seizures, is there anything I could give her to help?

Her head also seems to like shake to the side, like she can’t control it.
I'm sorry that your Silkie is not well.
Is vet care an option?

Could she have been injured or pecked in the head?
Sometimes it can be hard to know the cause of neurological symptoms - anything from head/neck trauma to Marek's disease can be associated.

A lot of times supportive care is all you can offer. I would begin with giving 400IU Vitamin E and 1/4 tablet B-Complex daily. Give her some egg daily as well for Selenium which helps with the uptake of E.
