What’s your ducks favorite treat?

I raise mealworms and so i would say mealworms my Rouens pais back and forth when they see me heading for the mealworm fridge its so funny there's nothing infront of them stopping them from coming closer they just stop where ever they are and pais back and forth

Peas, mealworms, and snapped beans top the list. Cut watermelon pieces are next followed by cut strawberries and carrots. They do love to work on a watermelon half or quarter rhind and use it as a bonus to catch flies.

Waaa..!? What do they eat then?

Well, I've given a few batches pea's maybe once, but besides that, no. They get their duck feed, and are let to free-range, and that's it.

Hi everyone, been reading up because I wanted to get ducks and now reading up because I got some!

Favorite treats that I give...
Canned tuna or sardines (in water) also good niacin content
Japanese beetles (in season right now in the garden)
Watermelon and frozen peas

Tuna and sardines are the only thing they will eat out of my hand. Everything else goes in the wading pan to be slurped up.
