My husband asked me if there was really much of a difference between store eggs and backyard eggs, I took this picture and asked him what he thought:

He was suprised at how big of a difference in color and texture there really was!

I also noticed how much more substantial the egg white is too. Not nearly so watery.

There's a big difference in taste too. Our eggs are so rich I can't eat very much. Store bought eggs taste yucky to me.

I see a fertile egg too. Store eggs are yucky! Is it bad that when my DB takes me out to breakfast I want to take my own eggs for the chief to cook????

I usually order somethin without eggs.
