What about adding concentrated oxygen to your incubator????

I have 2 3/4 inch ports at the top and 2 3/4 inch ports at the bottom. I am using a fan that was used in an electronics cabinet that moves the air around very well. Had humidity around 60% during incubation and around 70% on lockdown. The reason so high is because last year i used 50% and 60% and my chicks pipped and got shrink wrapped in their shell before they had a chance to get out.

It dosn't sound like air exchange is your problem.

I'm just working on problem #1.

NO TRUMPING... JUST ADDING MORE FUEL TO THE FIRE...

That's what I was thinking. I believe he said on his other thread that the breeders were young? Combined with the time of year, they could have just been not fertile.

As for the chicks drying out at lower humidity, do either of the fans blow directly on the eggs? That would dry them out for sure, and might mess up development as well (cooling off the eggs).
