Look at the comb of the one in front compared to the others...what do you think of them? Girls or boys? They were all the same age in this pic....15-16 weeks, I think?

And what about these two?

I think 3 hens & 1 roo also. I'm pretty sure the red one is a hen - it looks like she has rounded hackle feathers and her comb is probably getting large & red because she's getting close to laying age.

3 cockerels, 2 pullets, 1 unknown.

The cockerel at the back, the red next to him and the Phoenix male are the cockerels.

The golden-Laced (Wyandotte or Cochin...one of the two) is a pullet and so is the other Phoenix laying next to the male.

Actually the one in front is a roo, Iris- now passed, the golden laced cochin is Helen-female, the red one in the middle (whose face you can see) is a female-my broody hen Corey and the little grayish one is...

LOLA!!! The one in another post that a bunch of people just told me is a rooster!!

See?!?! Growing up she looked like a little girlie!! All the boys in my flock already had larger combs and wattles at age 15-16 wks than the girls-Lola looked like a girl for the longest time!!

I'm telling you that chicken is from another planet.....
