What age can i mix my chickens?

I have 3 barred rock hens about 6 weeks old i tried putting my Buff hen in with them and she just pecked at there heads. How big should the be before i put them with my other chickens?
Silver campine 1 roo and 1 hen
Buff orpington hen
White leghorn hen

You need to wait till they are close to the same size, maybe another five or six weeks. That way, they can escape the hassling by the other hens. Chicks that age have been killed by older hens, so I wouldn't put them together yet.

I agree with Speckledhen, wait until they are closer to the same size. Then, when you do start to integrate (mix them in), put the younger ones in a cage (or tractor, something open but enclosed with wire to keep the other chickens from hurting the younger ones) near where the older chickens are so they get used to them being there. Then after a few days, let the young ones in. There will be some pecking, but probably not as severe, as they get their "pecking order" established.
