What age can my ducks eat kitchen scraps?

Hey Guys! I have two runner ducks. I was wondering what age they can eat kitchen scraps? I am aware that they have some dietary restrictions. Thank you so much!

They need to be old enough to eat their own grit first, so maybe give it three weeks.
