What age can roosters fertilize eggs?

I have 10 week old roosters (3) but 2- 19 week old hens that have already started laying, at what age should I be concerned about fertilized eggs?

just an FYI, I also have 29 other 10 week old hens. I know they aren't close to laying yet.

They are capable somewhere between 16 and 18 weeks old, but they sometimes have to get the technique right to really produce fertile eggs with the girls. Took my rooster 5 months, he was so laid back, even though he was 11 months old when I put him with them.
