What age do these different breeds start laying?

Rhode Island Red
Barred Plymouth Rock
Silver Laced Wyandotte

It's more about the individual than the breed. 20 weeks I guess is a good average. Occasionally one will lay as early as 14 or 15 weeks, and others may be much later bloomers.
