What age for mealworms?

Good morning, everybody! Kind of a silly question here, but at what age can I strart “treating” my babies with dried mealworms? My last gals so loved them.....

Good morning, everybody! Kind of a silly question here, but at what age can I strart “treating” my babies with dried mealworms? My last gals so loved them.....

I offered chick grit when they were 10 days old. Then I offered broken up pieces of dried mealworms a few days later. It's easy to get carried away with the treats so I would literally ration out the mealworms. Once they were gone, they got no more.
