What age is good to introduce little ones to older hens

I found this link very helpful with my last integration last year. I integrated 5 three week old chicks, the integration went very well. It took some work but at the end it worked like a charm.

I have to give credit where credit is due. Azygous (author of the article mentioned above) helped me through the whole process, we had to do some tweaking but at the end it was great. My 5 pullets will be one year old next month.
