What age to allow little ones with big ones

I put the 2 week old chicks out with the 8 week old chicks, with a heat lamp, the 8 weekers are morea fraid of the babies. I tried to put the 8 weekers in with the 16 weekers but there are a couple of the bigger ones that are just mean to the littler ones.

Oh yeah I also got an egg yesterday from one of the 16 weekers!! Yea me.

I put my month olds outside with my 2 month olds, and left them that way for a month, then put my 3 month olds with my layers cuz they were beating up my babies. I know it's a little early to have my teens with my layers, but it was necessary........
We now have a dedicated grow-out pen for babies, just in time for my 200 meat birds.
