at what age is a good age to start giving my pullets scratch?

also - when do i switch to grower feed? they are two weeks and still on chick starter. i have read a few different things, but wondering what has worked best for everyone on BYC.

Your feed bag should tell you when you can switch from starter to grower, but it's usually 6 to 8 weeks.
IMO, scratch should be left for later. My chickens turned 6 months old just about the time the weather was turning cooler in October. Since scratch is a great wintertime treat, that's when I started giving it.

the bag says 3 weeks.
so yes, the things that i have read says 6 weeks.
so....a bit different.

just didn't know what others did that worked well.
