What age to sex

Looking to get some quail, but would like chicks. Is there a breed that is auto sexing?

Or what's the best age for chinese painted?

The only Chinese Blue Breasted variety that is easy to sex as a chick is red breasted hen. But other than that you can't really sex them until they are older. The males have red on them, especially the vent area. The males were once sexed by their bibs but lately females can have a bib as well.
