what age will these start laying?

hello there,

I was just wondering what age my hybrids will start laying at? the hybrids I have got are:
1 white star
1 speckeldy
1 bluebelle
1 light sussex

sorry, I am not sure what age they are but the ws and speckeldy hen are very small still but over 12 weeks.
