Yellow with some brown on the tops of the wings

Im really currious about this black bird, he was solid black but is now turning a brownish. My aunt thinks shes a he. What do you see?

I have no idea of the breeds but so far, since the comb still looks yellowish and not pink, could still be a pullet. Kind of early to tell though.

Still early. Your BO's look like pullets. Maybe the black one is a black sex link pullet, but I'm kind of new to this so that's just a guess. Looks like a girl though, she has a small comb and it's yellow, and i don't see wattles really yet.
