What Am I Dealing With Here?

Backside of one of our birds. Just noticed this today. She is the one on the bottom of the 'pecking order', but not sure that was the case. I have not given her a through exam yet, will do that shortly. No other issues ever seen with her. She is an Ameraucana/Americana (AKA.. TSC naming), approx 9-10 months old.

Do you have a rooster? It could be over breeding, or the other hens could be picking at her,

The others are picking her.
It could be unbalanced diet, tight spaces, chickens being jerks.etc

Do not have a rooster. We have 8 hens. we're thinking she was getting pecked at.
