What am I doing wrong?

Question attached are photos. What day am I actually on day 21 or 22? Humidity/ temp differences anything to worry about now or for future hatches?

There has been no movement or sound coming from the eggs. Maybe the humidity issues in the first days had an affect? When I candles on day 18 the front 3 seemed to be developing ok back ones looked questionable.

Last hatch was 4 out of 6 and I washed the incubator out with soap water and vinegar.

These eggs are from my coop. From hens that lay medium.sized eggs and have been since Nov/ Dec. I chose only the biggest eggs. All were fertile and had good veining on day 6.

Any advise for my next hatch?
When it flips to Day-00 is the beginning of day 21. If you don’t see any pips yet, I would expect some any time now!

what day did you set them? I am on day 21 (starting at 2:30pm) I set my eggs 2/24 at 2:30pm so that is why my day 21 starts at 2:30pm.

Is the hygrometer/thermometer that is in there calibrated??? If it is then I would go by that. If not then calibrate it. My incubator readouts are off so I use my calibrated hygrometer/thermometer and adjust the incubator temp. The temp will drop when you up the humidity so that is normal.

Quitters? This is day 22. Yes I know your not suppose to open it. Just with zero movement and no sounds and my screw ups when they first went in the incubator I didn't have high hopes.

Thermometer/ humidity inside the incubator isn't able to be calibrated
why isn't it able to be calibrated? I have one that can't go in ice water but I just put it in a baggie (or if you have one of the vacuum seal things you can use that) and squeeze out all air then put it in an ice bath and let it sit then dump that out and restart and keep it there until the temp evens out and it should read 32*F if not then you can tell what it is off by and adjust your temp by that. (so if it reads 34 then you know it reads 2* higher so set your temp so that will read the right temp after taking the 2* off.)
