What am I doing wrong?

I brought home 30 female chicks two days ago and so far seven of them are dead. I’m caring for them the same way I did with my last bunch which I had no casualties.but these chicks just keep on dying! Any help would be appreciated.

do you have pictures of your brooder? What are you feeding them? Do they have any symptoms before they die? Where did you get them?
