The color looks more like my New Hampshires than my RIRs. Even the hatchery RIR are usually darker than that.

I have another chick that is supposed to be a pullet since i got it from the assorted pullets bin at TSC. since you guys say the one on page 1 is a roo then i'm not sure about this one because it's leader of the pack and the roo is in there. so why would the pullet be head honcho over the roo? Also this one is supposed to be a red sex link, since it's supposed to be a red sex link it would be a pullet because of its coloring right? All of my chicks i have are supposed to be pullets except the one on page one was an assorted red.

Here's a pic of the Pullet(right) with the one you guys say is a roo on the left.

I think the first bird you posted is an RIR, but I wouldn't say cockeral at this point. It certainly could be, but it just doesn't scream boy to me. The second bird is indeed a red sex-link and should be a pullet based on coloring.

Thanks i don't think the chick on page 1 really looks like a cockeral either. It's comb is about the same size as the pullets and is kinda pinkish.
