What Am I?

Curious to see what the egg color is from her. I'm not sure the ears are white but they might be mixed. Really hard to see it until the face reddens. McMurray carries white Orps so she could be derived from their stock.

She came from The Poultry Hatchery here in upstate NY. I'm curious too about egg color. She is quite red, but it doesn't show up well on my phones cam. Her ear flaps thingys look white to me

Looking over the very extensive list of breeds The Poultry Hatchery sells, I think there are only two possibilities- white Orpington or Austra-whites. Austra-whites are Australorp roos x white leghorn hens. I'd expect an Austra-white to have darker legs with some yellow under the feet, some black feathers mixed in with the white, and a body type intermediate between and Australorp and a Leghorn. All of which she doesn't seem to have. The only problems with her being a white Orp is the gray wash on her legs and the white in her ear lobes. So I'm going with white Orpington since other than legs/ear lobes she looks right for that breed.

I'm wondering, though... What did they sell her as?
It was confusing when I got her. I had pointed at an EE that I wanted, but then saw her and said no no no, get her, I want that fluffy white chicken. So the worker got me her instead and I thought he said she was EE, or we could have gotten our lines crossed.

Well, you know EEs can look like anything although she definitely wouldn't be typical.

Looks like a white orphington to me. I can make vaguely out her red earlobes. She fits the characteristics also.

It has a white earlobes so it can't be an Orpington or Australorp, that have a red earlobe and lay brown eggs.
Only leghorn have white variety with white earlobes, so it has leghorn in it, BUT leghorns have YELLOW shanks that obviously is not the case here, so the only conclusion is that it is a hybrid.

I am aware leghorns have white earlobes. I breed LB leghorns.
The chicken in question looks almost identical to the bird I just posted. Maybe I can't see the white earlobes because this face is blurry.
When my buff orphington was young her earlobes were a very pale whitish pink and they grew red. Actually same goes for my LB leghorns. My hen had pinkish white earlobes up until she was about 2 months.

Actually, I'd like to see a few more pictures of the female if the poster can.
She's a nice looking bird regardless!

Ill start with some when she was younger and move up to today. Can anyone see her ear color in the first photo?
