What Am I?

To me, it appears she doesn't have developed ears yet in the early pics so they're skin color and in the newest pic, I see pink edges. I have a few hatchery birds with mixed ears where the edges are red and the centers clearly have a white or buttermilk shade to them. My red sexlink has really obvious mixed ears and she's supposed to have been from RIR and RIW (which should both have red ears...) I'll get a pic later if you like. Truly, ear color and egg color are independent, though. The only reason they ever correlate is by human preference and selection of traits.

I think she is gorgeous! But shes so nervous of us. Her name is Nelly, for nervous nelly. LOL. She was lost in the woods for 3-4 days when a dog crashed thru our run. It was a nightmare trying to catch her.

Yeah I think those lobes will redden up!
I'll still lean towards white orphington.
If you got her from a feedstore and they say their chicks are purebred then that's what I'd guess. Who knows, she might be a very unique easter egger xD
Let me say I'm really jealous of her though!

Her earlobes are red, I was seeing a little patch of white feathers covering her ears. Also this comb is not what I'm used to seeing for straight comb or pea comb, what kind of comb does she have?

The resolution on the photo isn't high enough to zoom in and get a clear view but from afar, it looks like a single comb. At least, I think I see points.

Ok, I'm about to get another clue on this girl! She's going to lay her first egg any minute now. Hopefully, ill be able to settle on a breed! She is going thru so much egg laying drama right now, its hilarious.
