What am I?

Hey guys I have a one and a half month old sultan and I don't know if it's a roo or pullet. I think it's a roo but the hair doesn't seem as crazy and spiky as other sultans that I have seen.

General rule of crested birds:

Crest looks like Einstein/Marv getting electrocuted = cockerel.

Crest looks like Doris Day = pullet

I think it’s looking like a pullet so far but Sultans seem to be slow to mature!
