Can someone help and tell me what my chicks are?? Thanks!
 
Looks like you have a Production Red.

Production reds are hybred Rhode Island Reds that have been bred to increase egg production. They are great as layers as well for their meat.
 
I vote for Production Red. My RIR's are darker in color.

I am estimating that the bird in the picture is about 16 weeks old. The comb is growing out but is still a little pink. I would guess that that you are probably another 3 - 5 weeks before you start seeing eggs.
 
I vote Production Red, and to me she looks older than 8 weeks. The pic below is mine at 8 weeks. She started laying around 19 weeks and hasn't skipped a beat!
