Our birds almost always hatch out on day 27. Incubator is always within 1/2 a degree of 99.5, forced air, and humidity runs about 50% for the first 25 days. We put them in a 100 degree hatcher @ 65% humidity for the last two days.
I think we've only had two that made it to pipping stage that died in the shell, out of about 40 hatchers, so far this year.
