Looks like a Mixed breed. Maybe some Blue Andalusian, a little Buttercup to get that comb, and something with a crest.

i kind figured he was just a chicken haha but he takes great care of all 12 of his hens so thats a good thing

nah he will get kinda close to my family but no touching. Not aggressive at all towards anybody or the dogs he does run to a hen if they make any noise to check on her though which is good in my opinion
