I know this is one of our Silver Sebright babies.....

But what have I here?

All Araucanas are accounted for and its definately not a Silkie, Black-Tailed Buff Japanese or a Mottled Cochin. I opted out on the free Exotic so I'm really confused.

Thanks so much...I looked up some pix and it definately could be! It's just a bit larger than the Araucanas, but way bigger than the rest of the babies (who are going on 5 weeks old).

Totaly agree with Dawn it looks just like the ones I had posted here a day or so ago. I now they are a silver spangled Hamburg!!! Here is a picture of mine

It also looks like mine is a roo from the pix that Nor*Cal chick posted.

Maybe our landlady has room for a stray Casanova back on her farm.

I have the same type of problems. I would love to have yours if I new mine was a pullet. But knowing my luck thats probably what I have to. The only dofference between yours and mine is the comb. I am yet to see one on this one. Maybe it is a pullet

Yours looks more like a pullet than mine does. Wish we lived closer to one another, it/Big'en will need a new home. Warned hubby the other day that "the chickens are telling me to expand"...he cringed, I know he did!!!

Sounds like you HUsband has a bout the same personality as mine. And hey there is a bunch of land right out next to me so pack your bags and get up here. THe weathers unpredictable, and the air is thin. But unlike most places you dont have to worry about hurricane, tornados, and earth quakes. Would love to have ya a nieghbor !!!

Hey Dawn419, Not to get you in trouble with the hubby, but Donnie in Sparta on Spring St. extended out past the hospital has a batch of banties, guienas(sp) and gold sex links. Plus today he got 32 baby ducks. We went and picked up 4 of the ducklings thinking it would help our lone duck with her grief, but so far it doesn't seem to be working.

Thanks for the info. We just bought him a bunch of power tools that he has been wanting so I'm sittin' pretty good right now, if ya know what I mean! LOL
