I hate to ask, but where did you get your ameraucana?
No worries Tractor Supply it's the only local place so my husband went in on saw they had Brahmas and "Ameraucanas but maybe it said "Americans"

Your Easter egger is the cockerel you got... hatcheries sell them as Ameracaunas but they are not purebred Ameracaunas...they are a mixed breed so they are Easter Eggers.So how can I tell?
