What animals can live with ducks and chickens?

Welcome to Backyard Chickens, I love the dogs in your avatar. Care to introduce them?

Ducks can be a problem with chickens - specifically the males(Drakes) may try to breed chicken hens - their anatomy is very much different from a rooster. They can damage or kill a chicken hen trying to breed her. If you have enough female ducks, maybe that would not be a problem.

Hello!

Welcome to BYC and the coop! There's a lot of great peeps here! Feel free to ask lots of questions. But most of all, make yourself at home. I'm so glad you decided to join the BYC family. I look forward to seeing you around BYC.

I do already have chickens and ducks together and have done for 6 months. They all get along great. We did have a male duck and yes that is why he was regimes because we think he tried to mate one of our bantams. She was mentally shocked for a while but was not hurt and is back to her normal self. We keep their aviary incredibly clean and fill muddy areas with dry dirt to try and make it easier for the hens

As for the dogs in the photo the small black one at the back is Cherry, my grand dog who is now a fully grown Rottweiler, the one in the back left is my staffie, Roxy. The one in front left is another of my nana dogs Florence, a Lhasa Apso, and on the right is Teddy another Lhasa Apso of my nans. This was taken before I got another staffie, a brindle called Cleo and before Florence and Teddy accidentally had puppy's and she kept one, Bonzo. Florence has now been spayed
