What animals have you ate, what kind would you like to try?

Cow Pig Turkey Chicken = Staple Yum
Crab Lobster Shrimp & Scallops = Bonus YUMMM!!
Assorted Fishes = LOVE Swai, Salmon, Trout, Mahi
Duck = can't eat much but those few bites *drool*
Squirrel = S&Dumplins up at Ol' Granny's... LOVED the stuff as a kid, donno about now?
Squid = I've tried several ways but only like calamari
Croc & Crawfish Tails = Ala Razoos was tastey Craw Etouffee is uber easy to make and SO good
Deer = not my cuppa
Oysters Caviar & Mussels = meh, I'll pass
Veal (cow) = NOT to my taste at all


Haven't ever had lamb but I've heard a lot of people love it... maybe someday I'll give it a go.
Did NOT care for shark at all, wouldn't mind trying swordfish.
Want to give Goose a try, if only for the Dickens reference.
Want to try rabbit, if I can get over the cute fuzzies.
Quail I'd like to try, but seems an awful lotta work for a little bird.

Nobody has mentioned groundhog. I killed a few that were causing trouble and cooked them on the grill.
