Be forwarned that just because an animal has been known to eat a certain plant doesn't mean they will. Grazing nature is that they will always eat the best stuff first and only after all that is gone and there is nothing else left (inlcuding supplemental hay and feed) will they eat the bad stuff. This is a technique range managers use to get rid of the undesirable weeds. They leave the animals in after all seeminly decent forage is gone. This works okay in large rotational grazing operations, but if you are trying to clean up a yard you are basically forcing the animal to eat substandard feed as a means of dealing with your weed issues.
