What are breeding habits of button quail?

Ok , my buttons are 5 weeks old. I know they can start to lay soon.
Hubby thinks he might have saw them mating. So that is why we need answers.
Do they breed like chickens or do they kinda twine toghter?

ok thats what I thought. Hubby saw them with the wings locked together and moved together like a dance.
Would this be courtship?

The males will strut around like a mini turkey (courting), breeding is the male grabbing the back of the female's head and holding on tight

Ok , Thanks. I did not see what they were doing so I'm just going by what he said. I'll keep a eye out for that. Maybe they are just starting to want to pair up and he was herding her around.? Thanks everyone.

NO, With hatching chick orders and Thanksgiving I have not even thought about it. The only one with out specs on the breast is the silver(POS BLUE FACE) They did all this in the am. No fighting or picking on each other. They all (all 4) walk around scratching ,short flights. they do everything together. Should I pair them up now?
