I have never heard of anything about sole fruits, but I believe it. I don’t really think they have a favorite, but I have heard that apple tree branches have some kind of high mines low level of dons kind. I don’t know, something like that, anyway, heard it isn’t very good for them, so I wouldn’t feed branches. Misty like rotten apple best! ☺

We have goats next door. I chop up extra apples for them and feed them treats. They haven’t turned down any that I’ve offered.

I recommend chopped up gala apples, they eat them and I eat them two! A treat for all of us, but they still seem to enjoy corn and alfalfa more, (specifically licorice flavored corn treats)

My goats always want what someone else is getting I usually buy the cheapest possible for Pig and they just nick them from me as I go past.
