What are good quality show ducks?

I'm looking for ducks that are nice, and do good with other ducks. They also have to be show quality (pretty and are officially recognized) and (sadly) edible. This would help me because Wikipedia is not really working for me at the moment. Thanks

My preference is for Muscovies; distinctive and interesting appearance, quiet temperament, not noisy, get along with other ducks, and (nothing sad about it!!) VERY good eating, best of all ducks.

Show Quality can be quite hard to achieve but I think Cayuga ducks are stunning.
