Here are some more pictures of our first flock. We don’t really care what the breeds are since we love them all so much already but it would be nice to know and educate ourselves about the breeds we have. Also, I would love to know if they are pullets or Roos. I’m worried I have a lot of Roos but I’ve also read that because we have such a mixed lot that using comb and wattle color/size is pretty unreliable...especially at this age (they are 7 weeks). I was told that we had RIR, Jersey Giant, cinnamon queen, silver laced Wyandotte, Easter edgers, barred rock, leghorn, and splash Cochin standard. However, after looking up each breed I’m thinking that is not the case as the only one I can clearly match up is the jersey giant. Please tell me your thoughts.

I honestly think you have mostly mixed breeds. The first looks like an ee. The next two are buff Columbian colored, but not sure on the breed; the first has a rose type comb, so I think an ee x gold laced Wyandotte. What color are the foot bottoms on the two black ones? Pic number 4 shows two, what looks like, easter egger cockerels. All the others look like easter eggers.

The 2 black ones have yellow bottom feet.

If you still have them, how do they look now? That first pullet is beautiful!
