What are my chickens saying?

Can any chicken communication experts tell me what my Americana and black Australorp are talking about? They make this sound very frequently, so I'm hoping it's not some kind of distress call.

That's their frustrated, pi**ed off, bored talk. At least in my flock.

Don’t be worried about that they typically do that when they want something. My hens do it when they want to free range or want to be let out for breakfast

Yup, my chickens do it all the time. They will usually do it when they have to lay an egg, or want to free-range, eat, etc..
