What are my EE's? lots of pictures

Here are 2 of my EE's. They are 9 weeksold. I think both are roo's, am I correct?

Also what color would they be considered? Anything special or just light and dark coloring?

I think that the bottom one (Bubbles) is a hen

When should he crow? When can I get furtile eggs to put in a incubator?

1 cockerel and 1 pullet!

Your cockerel should start crowing fairly soon. He'll um..."mature" faster than the pullet and will run her ragged trying to breed her. When she starts laying go ahead and put them together. He'll breed and the eggs after that will get you fertile eggs.

After reading alot of posts and things about EE's, it is my understanding that since they are mutts their are no names for their colorings.

I'm not sure that you don't have two roosters. Wish I could see the tail feathers on the buff one everyone thinks is a hen. Granted the buff does not have the big comb it does have a wide head (Skull) and bigger beak typical of males. But I hope it is a hen. That way at least you have a good pair.
