What are my girls?

I've had these two as chicks, got 4 from my neighbor (two turned out to be roosters.) My neighbor told me they were Rhode Island red x (which is evident in the boys) but my girls don't look anything like it! My friend said they looked like White rock hens but I'm not too sure.

The bottom one looks to be a mix. The top one could be as well.

If the person you got them from said they're mixed breed birds, that's probably what you have. Mix pretty much anything with a dominant white bird and you're going to get white birds with flecks of color like your girls.
