What are quality feeds?

Wow Blue Seal sounds like a wonderful feed...sadly there are no dealers within 200 miles of me

I love that they add probiotics to their feed. Brilliant idea!

I feed the Kent Multiflock Showtail formula. Fairly cheap if you buy in quantity and one of the few to still include animal protiens.

Thanks for this! We are looking for a different feed, so now I have some names to mention when I go to the grain co-op. I want to at least have an idea of what I'm talking about when I go in. Apparently I don't fit the stero-typical chicken lady in these parts and sometimes get some very odd looks lol!

This is GREAT info! I also can't get Blue Seal anywhere around here but I just found a place that is supposed to have Kent. Hopefully they keep the poultry products in stock!

I started out using the local MG feed and wasn't happy with it and found Purina better, but had to look to find Purina. I just got 50lbs purina but can start mixing Kent in with it.
