What are some crafts I can do with feathers from my girls?

Do you have something you like to do with feathers from your flock? Please share! My girls loose so many beautiful feathers and every year and they all just blow away or rot! I’ve made earrings once and a feather duster too but I’d love to hear from everyone on BYC!

Wow, those are really nice. How would you clean the feathers?

My neighbor makes wreaths. She doesn't clean the feathers, she takes them from birds she's processing and just doesn't use any with blood or poop

I don't. I haven't made any yet. I saw this on FB and looked the idea.
I desperately wish I knew about this last year as I would have kept some of the feathers of the girls I've lost so I had a momento from them.
I'll sort through the piles of molt feathers in the coop and keep the good ones.
