i definitely would have but all of my tscs are completely sold out like I said i may order some but I don't know yet and yeah I had a mental breakdown

These are my 2 current BCM pullets and I will be getting a cockerel in June.

I had BCMs a couple years ago! Loved them! I had one that hatched with a neuro issue- she leaned to the side her whole life and her best friend was the dog, not her sisters.

the reason I finally joined byc is that I came home one night to every single one of my 13 chicks and 3 ducks vanished and the chicken wire I repaired tore through I still don't have a clue what it was

Chicken wire is made to keep chickens out, not other predators So sorry you lost your whole flock! Definitely use hardware cloth next time.

well I do have hardwire cloth at the bottom but this was the door to get in something was tall enough and strong enough to tear through that and I'm still puzzled

I also didn’t know that skunks will eat chickens until recently when 1 tried to get through my poultry netting, but I caught it just in time. I would of never thought owning chickens could be so complicated before I owned chickens
