What are the best types of chickens that lay a good amount of eggs butthat is a nice and friendly bird?????

Edit: not a really good layer, a so so layer

Sexlinks are one of the best layers and are very calm. They lay brown eggs. Leghorns are another good layer but are not as calm.

Rhode Islands, Australorps, Orpingtons, Barred Rocks, Brahmas, and a few others. While each individual has its own personality, along with the breed in general, It all depends on how much you hold them as chicks and how much you interact/raise them. My black australorp is really friendly and hops into my lap when I sit down. I don't know what I did but she does it.
